MONUMENTS IN THE LANDSCAPE

Somerset is blessed with some amazing geographical features; knolls, mumps, burrows and dolmens. Over time people have adorned them with towers, chapels and follies. Glastonbury Tor is the most well known, but it's certainly not the only one and probably not most people's favourite. These features often enjoy fabulous views and make for a great excursion. We have highlighted the ones that we think best showcase Somerset's landscape.
